Our Guest Reception staff are much more than telephone operators; they are the nerve center for the entire dealership. They manage the help/information desk for our customers and employees, distribute the vehicle registrations and license plates, act as cashiers, know the whereabouts of every single employee, manage and distribute vehicle literature, and much more.
