• Comparing the Highlander V6 to the baseline Ford Explorer configuration, the Highlander fuel economy puts the Ford to shame. Drivers who choose Toyota will enjoy 20 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highways near Palm Beach Gardens. The Explorer only gets 17 mpg city/24 mpg highway.
• The 2019 Toyota Highlander is also available as a Hybrid, and this configuration is both more fuel efficient and more powerful than other models. The Ford Explorer is not currently available as a Hybrid.

Safety Features: Toyota or Ford?
