During Your Inspection & Lease Return

Here’s a list of what to bring when you head to your inspection and lease-return appointments:

  1. Toolkit and spare tire (if applicable to your leased vehicle)
  2. Any sets of keys for the vehicle
  3. Owner’s manual
  4. All original equipment that came with your leased vehicle (including radio, headsets, cargo cover, etc.)

Lastly, ask the dealer to record your mileage at your appointment, and be sure to sign the Odometer Disclosure Statement and ask for a copy.

At the Toyota Dealership

  1. Reach out to your Palm Beach County-area dealership to confirm that they will accept your lease return. Your originating dealership where you got your vehicle is required to accept the lease return.
  2. Sign the Odometer Disclosure Statement and get a copy for your records.
  3. If you didn’t already get an inspection by this point, one will be performed within a few days of your lease return.
